He has helped clients develop long term strategic plans as well as annual go to market strategies rooted in fundamental market analysis and research. He has also advised companies on corporate financial planning including capital expenditures, business unit divestitures, and strategic acquisitions. His time with Adayana AgriBusiness Group allowed him the opportunity to work closely with clients in the agriculture industry including manufacturers in crop protection, animal health, and agricultural equipment. As a result of these client engagements and his prior experiences, Christian is well suited to engage clients in pursuit of their overarching business objectives.
Neil brings over 40 years of experience across the value-chain of the crop protection industry for agrichemicals, biologicals, and application systems with FMC and American Vanguard. He brings specific expertise in business strategy, portfolio expansion, business and product development, market access, marketing communications, and project management. During his career he held numerous leadership positions with a proven track record of successfully developing and launching several new product innovations with commercial results.
Tyler has a diverse background in commercial and specialty agriculture that provides solid perspective when consulting and partnering with clients throughout the global value chain. Before joining Context Tyler worked in the grain industry, through commodity trading and elevator management roles. Tyler is known for bringing a pragmatic approach to problem solving and a personal touch to clients needs. Tyler has been with the firm since 2015 and supports projects in:
