Teleola (Tele) Kola-Edun joined Context Network in 2018 as a program coordinator in Nigeria with 6+ years of experience working with governmental, nongovernmental and international organizations in the areas of analysis, management and strategy. In her capacity as Program coordinator, she supports the development of a sustainable cassava seed system for Nigeria that is based on commercial sale of cassava planting material produced with high quality standards under the BASICS project through the Processor-Led Model. She also supports the establishment of a functional, scalable and sustainable seed yam system in Nigeria by enabling private sector players under the YIIFSWA-II project. Prior to joining Context, she worked for the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., where she focused on policy issues in several cross-cutting sectors. She brings to Context not only her ability to generate data using multifaceted approaches but also her ability to successfully manage large projects and teams.
