WEST DES MOINES, IOWA – (September 12, 2016) The Context Network, a premier, global agribusiness consulting firm has named Doug Griffin as a new Principal with the firm. Griffin joins nine Context Principals as a shareholder of the growing company.
For nearly 25 years, Context has provided proven strategic management insights to the agriculture industry via its extensive network of agriculture and agribusiness industry professionals. Prior to joining Context, Griffin worked for nearly thirty years in executive leadership and marketing roles with AGCO and Caterpillar. He serves on the National Board of Directors for Alpha Gamma Rho, and the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences for the University of Georgia. He resides in Ball Ground, Georgia with his family, and remains active with his family farm in east central Indiana. Griffin holds an agricultural engineering degree from Purdue University, and an executive business degree from Emory University.
