Dwight’s more than 40 years of experience working in animal agriculture has included production agriculture, academia, research, extension, agribusiness and leadership development. His agribusiness experience was focused in the animal premix and nutrition areas which included a private held family owned business, ownership transfer to a global premix leader and two additional ownership changes with private equity companies.
